Malcolm.
Partner and leading deck hand. Malc, a former Royal Marine is otherwise known as the foreman in charge of the jobs list and recruitment officer for volunteers (Luckily he no longer uses press gang techniques).

Administration, marketing, catering, hostess, and chief whip responsible for keeping Malcolm on track!!

Sharon
Administration, marketing, catering, hostess, Bosun's carer and chief whip responsible for keeping Steve on track !!

Bosun
Ship security officer and Chief of meet and greet. He will even teach you Port and Starboard for a little treat! Bosun is a German wire haired pointer and a keen "dog overboard volunteer" preferring to be in rather than on the sea.

Steve
Steve is a former Royal Marine and heritage boat skipper. He has been a volunteer helping to preserve the Our Daddy and joins us as crew. Given his background we rely on him to lead the shore parties!!

Rik
Rik is better known as "Rik the polisher" He has joined the team as a volunteer and likes nothing more than to get his hands on the brass! Formerly a postman for over 20 years in Chipping Norton he now lives in Brixham. Rik also has a keen interest in history and is brushing up on his knowledge of the our daddy and the role she played in our fishing heritage.

Young George
Our youngest team member, George is the first teenager to help as a volunteer. He even completed his school work experience week with us. A talented artist and budding sailor he hopefully leads the way for other younger people to get involved in keeping our nautical heritage alive.

"Pirate" Pete
Former owner of a 30' Colvic and a 35' Freedom Cat Ketch. Peter has sailed across Biscay on a 60' racing yacht and spent time in the Med. He now joins the crew of the Our Daddy. Peter is also a keen ukulele player, don't worry we can provide ear plugs!! And like Malc and George is also a keen artist.

Mark Hassall
Mark is probably the volunteer who lives the furthest away from the boat, having moved to Warwickshire! He is lucky to be able to negotiate plenty of time to travel to Brixham to help out on the Our Daddy and enjoys nothing more than pottering around doing odd jobs on board down in the harbour.
